finding a great swimsuit can be hard, so I put together an extensive guide for you just in time for summer.
hello frens! today’s post is super exciting as it’s something I’ve been working on for many weeks. I’m going to be sharing a list of different brands and swimsuits for all different styles, coverage, and prices that are all super cute! I hope everyone can find at least one swimsuit from this list! I also tried to break up the text with lots of cute graphics and make this as simple as possible so it won’t take hours to read! let me know your fav swimsuit below 👇👇
hello frens 🙂 hope you’re having a great day so far!
today I’m kicking off a new series called “glow up weekly” where i share a different way to glow up each week. I am so excited for this series and I think you guys will love it 💛
I’ve seen my share of glow up checklists on pinterest (and I’m sure you have too) but what does a glow up actually mean? after looking deeper, I realized that “glowing up” can really be whatever you want. it basically just means becoming a better person, and you can achieve that in so many different ways! you can do what’s best for your body by eating clean and healthy or take a self care day to relax and rejuvenate.
glow up: a mental, physical, and emotional transformation for the better
to kick off this series, I’m sharing a long list of different things you can do to glow up. each week I’ll go through the list and go into detail on each step, sharing tips and life hacks to glow up!
also: there will be a freebie included in each post where I make the tips for that day into a printable format! you don’t have to subscribe to any lists or follow anything (though I would appreciate it if you followed my blog!) to get these freebies.
today I’ll be sharing a printable checklist for your glow up and a list of all the steps we’ll be including 💛
just a note: girl, you are beautiful just as you are! don’t start your “glow up” with a negative mindset or thinking you need to do this to be pretty/for people to like you. do this for you, girl. a glow up doesn’t just mean trying a new makeup look – it’s a journey to a healthy, positive, and confident lifestyle.
also, feel free to skip any of the steps on the checklist or mark them off if you already have accomplished them. for example, if you already have an exercise routine, you can check that one off (just make sure you’re actually doing it, heehe). this is for you, so use it however you’d like.
here’s each of the steps this series will include:
create an exercise routine
plan your life/get organized
have a self care day
drink more water
declutter/organize your space
be confident in who you are
get more sleep
stick to a skincare routine
curate your playlists
unfollow negative social media accounts
have a positive outlook on life
take care of your hair
today I’m sharing a (super cute, but I might be a bit biased) checklist that you can print off and hang up in your room during this series. there’s also a little notes section where you can add in your own items, journal about your progress, make a shopping list, notes as you read through each post, and really whatever floats your boat! I will be using this checklist throughout the challenge as well and think it will be really helpful 😉
I also made the checklist downloadable as a pdf file if you’d like to print it that way!
hey frens! welcome back to christina and camera (if you’re new, HEY!! welcome to the tribe 💛)
can you believe it’s already may?
I sure can’t! sure, it feels like we’ve been following “safer at home” guidelines for a long time, but when I realize that it’s almost halfway through 2020 I am blown away! how crazy is that??
anyway, today I’m sharing my fifth playlist of the month. if you’re new, every month this year so far I’ve been sharing a new playlist (I’m running out of ideas now though so if you have any playlist theme ideas share them with me!!)
this month’s playlist theme is workout music because I’ve been sharing a lot of posts related to health/food/fitness lately and thought it went well together.
note: I did my best to make sure that all songs I included are 100% clean (and I personally don’t like to listen to music full of nasty language/innuendo anyway) but I can’t recommend all of the other songs by each artist (as I haven’t gone through each of them). while the songsI included are clean, not every song by each artist might be. just a little warning 🙂
I might share another workout playlist later this year because this isn’t even the whole thing and I’m constantly adding new songs!
so, without further ado: my current workout playlist (well, ten of my favorite songs from it) !
what’s on your workout playlist? do you like these songs?
hey guys! drinking more water is something everyone talks about but actually doing it is hard in my opinion. sometimes you don’t like the taste of water or it’s hard to remember to drink it. today I’m sharing some tips for drinking more water that I’ve used personally and know work 🌿
hey guys! today I wanted to share some ways to motivate yourself to exercise because it’s not always easy but there are so many benefits! pushing yourself even when it’s hard might not be easy or fun, but in the long run, you’ll be so glad you did.
hey guys! since spring is here I thought it would be fun to share some ideas to make your room cozy for spring. also I thought it might take our minds off quarantine (I’ve been sharing lots of posts about that lately so I thought something new would be fun!) 💛
it’s that time of year again!!! shopping for christmas presents is so much fun but it’s also hard sometimes. today, I compiled a list of things each different type of teen girl would love for christmas! (hint: scroll to the bottom of the post for a long list of things every teen would love!)
