If you’re like me, you hate spending money, especially for workout videos or plans! Sometimes it can feel like the only workouts that will actually make a difference cost money, but that’s not true. In this post, I’ll be sharing some of the best youtube channels and videos for workouts of varying intensity, equipment and length, all of which can be completed at home for free!

My goal for this post is that you feel encouraged and inspired and hopefully find some new workout videos or challenges that you can complete at home for free! As always, if you have any questions or comments make sure to leave them below (:

Bailey Brown

Bailey’s channel has been a favorite of mine for forever! Her workouts are short and doable but you will feel so accomplished once you’re done. Trust me, you’ll sweat more in one of her 5 minute workouts than a 30 minute workout from other channels.

Chloe Ting

Chloe Ting’s channel is super famous and for good reason! Her workouts are the perfect intensity for beginners and people at a more advanced level. On her website she also has many free workout challenges that you can participate in which is so motivating!

this one is perfect for beginners AND those on a more advanced level!


MadFit’s channel was one of the first ones that really got me into exercise! They’re real time and she has advanced and more beginner level options as well.

I decided to do a separate section for a couple of my recent favorite workout videos because I haven’t really done others from their channels.

First of all, this 10 minute standing barre core workout. This might be my favorite workout EVER. I love the trainer and she makes it so doable and fun! Don’t get me wrong, this workout is HARD. I’ve done it more times than I can count and it’s still tough but it never gets boring. If you need a quick workout to get your blood pumping that will make you feel amazing for the rest of the day, this is the one for you!

This workout actually burns 100 calories (in only 4 minutes) so it’s the perfect opportunity to give it all you’ve got and feel amazing afterwards. I would definitely pair this with another video as well (or maybe do it after going on a run) but it’s still a great workout if you don’t have a ton of time on your hands.
